• Leek and District Civic Society, Gold Award - Conversion of barn to Holiday Accommodation.
• The Arthur Brown Trophy, Staffordshire County Council - Restoration of Building
• Rural Enterprise Award Winner, Rural Development Commission and Country Landowners Association - Conversion of Farm Complex to Lathkill Dale Craft Centre and English Nature Offices.
